摘要
目的建立急诊护士胜任力行为评价指标。方法采用文献法和访谈法收集急诊护士胜任力行为指标条目并编制成问卷进行问卷调查,运用SPSS 18.0统计软件,应用因子分析法对数据进行统计分析。结果急诊护士胜任力行为评价指标包括工作技能、综合能力、分析判断能力、保障安全能力四个维度共46项行为评价指标。结论急诊护士胜任力行为评价指标以胜任力结果为导向,并与实践胜任力相一致,具有较高的科学性和可操作性,为进一步加强急诊护理人才的培养、选拔及考核提供了重要参考价值。
Objective To establish the competency assessment indicators of emergency nurses.Methods Using literature method and interview method to collect the competency behavior indicators of emergency nurses and compiled into a questionnaire survey,and using factor analysis method and SPSS 18. 0statistical software for data statistical analysis. Results The competency behavior indicators of emergency nurses including four dimensions,a total of 46 behavior evaluation. The four dimensions are job skills,comprehensive ability,the analysis judgment,safety assurance ability. Conclusions Emergency nurses competent force behavior evaluation index to competency results oriented,and with the practice of competency is consistent,has high scientific and operability,provides an important reference value to further strengthen the emergency nursing talents cultivation,selection and assessment.
