马克思主义政治经济学在马克思主义理论体系中处于核心地位,是我国一直以来制定经济发展道路、方针、政策的重要理论依据。当前国内很多高校把马克思主义政治经济学更多地当成一门政治理论课而非经济理论课。这一现实的出现,使得马克思主义政治经济学的经济学理论基础课的地位被严重削弱和低估。为了体现马克思政治经济学的在经济理论基础方面重大作用,文章从研究对象、理论结构和叙述体系、研究根本目的、一般任务、主要服务对象、理论基础等九个方面,分析马克思主义政治经济学与现代西方经济学的差别和对立,阐述马克思主义政治经济学在经济基础理论内的指导地位的不可动摇性。

Marxist Political Economics is at the core position of Marxist theoretical system, and therefore has long been an instructive principle for China in making its path of economic development, guidance plan and policy. However, this discipline is merely taught as a political theory rather than economic discipline in colleges and universities in China. This phenomenon has severely weaken the due position and function in the theory of economics foundations of Marxist Political Economics. In order to indicate the basic role of Marxian Political Economics on economical theory, the essay analyzes the differences and oppositions between Marxist Political Economics and Modern Western Economics and elaborates the unshakable position of its guidance on basic theory of economy. It can be divided into nine aspects such as study objectives,theory structure, narrative system, research goal, generic task, main service people and theoretical basis.
