摘要
我国自2009年实现跨境贸易人民币结算以来,人民币国际化进程全面加速。人民币结算业务受到定价权、回流机制不畅等因素的制约。我国应当加速资本项目的开放,在自贸区积极创新人民币结算业务,加强人民币结算市场监管,使人民币结算进一步开放。
Since the cross-border RMB settlement was issued in 2009, internationalization process of RMB has been speeding up.The above- said settlement was restricted by the pricing power and the returning mechanism. China should open up the capital account further and innovate the RMB settlement, also supervise the RMB settlement market.
