农村公共品供给与农村经济发展契合性和作用机理研究

Coordination and Mechanism of Rural Public Goods Supply and Rural Economic Development

随着城镇化水平的不断提高,农村公共品供给不足与需求日益扩大之间的矛盾逐渐成为阻碍农村现代化发展的主要因素。文章认为,探究农村公共品供给与经济发展之间的契合性有助于给扩大农村公共品供给提供理论依据和信息支持,从而有利于解决现有的公共品短缺情况。文章在分析农村公共品供给与经济发展的契合性的基础上对农村公共品作用于经济发展的机理展开阐述,进而根据现有的公共品供给情况,从供给主体、供给层次和供给制度的角度提出改进措施。

With the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization, the contradiction between supply shortage of public goods in rural areas and the growing demand has gradually become the main factor that hinders the development of rural modernization.According to the new economic and political system theory, to explore the fit between the supply of rural public goods supply and economic development can help to expand the supply of public goods in rural areas to provide a theoretical basis and information support, which is conducive to solve the existing shortage of public goods. This paper first analyzes the fit of the rural public goods and economic development, on this basis, the paper expounds the role of public goods in rural development, and finally according to the existing supply of public goods, from the supply of the main supply level and the supply system to propose policy measures.
