新常态下战略性企业社会责任的构建与实现路径 被引量:1

Construction and Realization Path of the Strategic Corporate Social Responsibility Under New Normal

摘要 新常态所倡导的发展理念与战略性企业社会责任理念具有高度一致性。文章从三个方面分析了新常态下战略性社会责任的内容:一是以包容性理念创造新的商业机会;二是通过创新实现战略性企业社会责任;三是与利益相关者共生降低企业风险。文章从绿色创新、破坏性创新、流程创新三个方面提出新常态下战略性企业社会责任的实现路径。 The development philosophy of New Normal is highly consistency with the concept of the strategic corporate social responsibility(SCSR). This paper analyzed the content of SCSR from 3 aspects. First, create new business opportunities under the inclusive concept. Secondly, implement the SCSR through innovation. Thirdly, reduce the operation risk of corporation symbiosis with stakeholders. And last, this paper proposed implement path of SCSR under New Normal from green innovation, disruptive innovation and process innovation.
