摘要
我国农产品对外贸易存在明显的逆差趋势,国际竞争力与国内农业支持政策不强,对外贸易面临着复杂国际贸易环境和壁垒等问题。根据这一现状与问题,我国应通过对农业生产结构的积极调整,大力发展优势农产品;促进关税保护手段和改革配额制度的完善,合理利用非关税手段;不断健全农产品质量安全体系,提供全面信息服务及渠道给农产品出口;加大农产品对外贸易支持力度,促进补贴政策优化。
Chinese agricultural product foreign trade has obvious deficit trend, its international competitiveness and domestic agricultural support policy is not strong, foreign trade is faced with problems such as complex environment and international trade barriers. According to the current situation and problems, China should through positive adjustment of the structure of agricultural production to develop the advantage of agricultural products; promote tariff protection means and reform of quota system, use rational nontariff policies; continuously improve the agricultural product quality security system, provide comprehensive information services and channels for the export of agricultural products; increase the support of foreign trade of agricultural products, promote the subsidy policy optimization.
