摘要
随着我国大力推进电网的建设,检测高压输电线缺陷的需求变得越来越迫切。因此,研制可应用于工程实践、日常维护的输电线路检测装置对国民经济的发展具有重大意义。目前检测高压输电线缺陷有多种方法,各有优缺点。其中,电磁超声技术以其精度高、无需耦合剂、非接触、检测速度快等优点,在无损检测中占有重要地位。论文以电磁超声技术在高压输电线的缺陷检测中的应用为重点研究对象,将小波去噪技术和混沌理论紧密结合起来,对输电线路检测的具体方案进行了理论分析与仿真验证。
As our country supporting the construction of electrified wire netting vigorously,the demand for Aluminum Conductors Steel Reinforced(ACSR)grows fast.So,it is of great significance for the national economic development to develop a kind of flaw detection device for transmission lines which can be applied to engineering practice and routine maintenance effectively.Electromagnetic ultrasonic(EMAT)technology for its high precision, no coupling agent,non-contact,fast and easy detection, plays a very important role in the transmission line detection.This paper focuses on EMAT technology in the ACSR flaw detection field,takes research of theoretical analysis and simulations for the solution and related key technologies.
