双压法湿度标准装置故障分析与排除

摘要 双压法湿度标准装置是湿度计量检定的通用装置,包括双压法湿度发生器和湿度标准器,由于双压法湿度发生器和GE冷镜式露点仪原理复杂,结构精密,使用过程中一旦出现故障,很难短时间内发现原因并排除,影响正常的试验任务。本文通过前期大量的试验积累,结合仪器工作原理,对双压法湿度发生器和GE冷镜式露点仪使用过程中易出现的两种故障现象进行分析、定位和排除。此类故障现象比较典型,排除思路比较清晰,对湿度测试和检定工作有较强的指导作用,同时故障的处理过程对于其他设备的使用和维护有较强的借鉴意义。 Two-pressure humidity standard device is the universal humidity metrological verification device,including the two-pressure humidity generator,and the humidity standard,as the principle of twopressure humidity generator,and GE dew-point analyzer are complex and the structures are precision,it is difficult to find reasons and exclude in short time when there are some failure in use,which influence the normal test task. In this article, two categories of failure and solutions to problems in the the two-pressure humidity standard device are summarized based on the analysis of phenomena and causes.These fault phenomenon are typical and the solutions to the problem are very clearly,and it has a strong guiding role in the humidity test and verification work,besides it provides a strong reference for the use and maintainance of other equipments.
