摘要
为解决供电服务多渠道并存、信息沟通时效性差等弊端,本文力求实现跨服务渠道信息互动分享,基于集成适配和应用商店技术,设计与各个渠道的信息互动接口方案,实现客户跨渠道的需求信息整合,使客户通过任意服务渠道与供电企业进行互动时,客户服务人员都能统一获取客户在不同服务渠道的服务需求信息。
In order to solve the problems of multi channels and information communication,this paper strives to achieve cross service channel information sharing,based on the integrated adaptation and application store technology,design and application of information interactive interface program to achieve customer information integration through the channel.
