摘要
教师劳动特点的研究必须解决与教师劳动的适配度以及与相近劳动的区分度问题。仰观俯察,教师劳动特点具有:利师利生性、人师合一性、劳动双重性与率性修道性等特点。
By analyzing all kinds of treatises,the inductions of teachers＇ labor characteristics are lack of consistency and discrimination.Based on the conclusions,the teachers＇ labor characteristics include ：double wins of students and teachers;the syncretism of teachers＇ moral personality and general character;labor duality;developing student in accordance with his potentials.
