试论特色学校建设中要处理好的三个基本关系

本文基于目前我国基础教育阶段特色学校建设中普遍存在的问题,总结出特色学校建设中的三个基本关系,即继承传统与创新之间、学生发展与学校发展之间、学校个性化特色建设与区域统筹之间的关系,并结合实例说明继承传统与创新之间是相互交融、相互促进、相互影响的关系;学生发展是学校发展的根本和前提,学校发展是学生发展的条件和保障;学校个性化特色建设与区域统筹之间不是从属关系,而是协同互补关系。通过阐述三个基本关系在现实处理中的主要问题和实施建议,为特色学校建设提供实践指导,以提升特色学校的建设水平。
