社区伙伴关系发展:美国校外辅助项目支持中小学校教育质量改进的行动与经验

摘要 目前,美国仍然存在大量低质量的中小学校,为改进教育质量,除了联邦政府的资金支持外,还需要发展社区伙伴关系、扩大学校支持的力量。校外辅助项目作为社区伙伴参与中小学校质量改进的平台,通过丰富的活动和多样化的教学方式,为学校创造了一种新的教育环境,为SIG计划的实现作出了自己的贡献。 At present,there are still a large number of low-quality elementary and secondary schools in America,to improve the quality of education,in addition to financial support of the federal government,but also need to develop community partnerships for expanding support force to the school.After-school programs create a new educational environment for school and make its own contribution for SIG plans through rich activities and a variety of teaching methods as a platform that community partners engage the quality of elementary and secondary schools.
