逍遥汤加养血安神药治疗肝郁脾虚功能性消化不良随机平行对照研究

The Treatment of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type of Tonga Yangxueanshen Medicine Xiaoyao Functional Dyspepsia Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察逍遥汤加养血安神药治疗肝郁脾虚功能性消化不良疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分三组。对照1组30例多潘立酮,10mg/次,3次/d,饭前半小时口服。对照2组30例逍遥汤(柴胡20g,白芍15g,党参12g,当归15g,茯苓、白术各20g,甘草炙15g,陈皮、枳壳各10g,肉桂5g,焦三仙、丹皮、栀子各15g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。治疗组30例逍遥汤基础上加酸枣仁、合欢皮各15g,珍珠母25g,1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈13例,显效13例,有效1例,无效2例,总有效率93.30%。对照1组治愈8例,显效15例,有效3例,无效4例,总有效率86.70%。对照2组治愈3例,显效18例,有效1例,无效8例,总有效率73.30%。治疗组疗效优于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05)。[结论]逍遥汤加养血安神药治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]The adverse effect in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type yangxueanshen drug effects of Xiaoyao Tang functional dyspepsia.[Method]Using a randomized parallel control method,90 patients were randomly divided into three groups according to the method of the disease volunteers.The control group 1 30 cases of domperidone,10mg/times,3 times/d,half an hour before oral.The control group 2（30 cases Xiaoyao Decoction（Radix Bupleuri 20 g,Baishao 15 g,Radix Codonopsis 12 g,angelica 15 g,Poria,Atract ylodes,20 g,licorice 15 g,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Fructus aurantii each 10 g,cinnamon 5g,jiaosanxian,Cortex Moutan, gardenia 15g）,daily 1 agent,water simmer in Water 200 ml,oral sooner or later.The treatment group of 30 cases of Xiaoyao Decoction plus Suanzaoren,Albizia 15 g,mother of Pearl 25 g,1 agent /d,200 m L oral decoction,sooner or later.Continuous treatment 15 d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reactions.Treatment of 1 courses,determine the efficacy.[Result]The treatment group cured 13 cases, markedly effective in 13 cases,effective in 1 cases,invalid in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 93.30%.In the control group,1 cases were cured,15 cases were effective,3 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 86.70%.In the control group,2 cases were cured,18 cases were effective,1 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 73.30%.The effect of the treatment group was better than the control group 1 and the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Poor digestive function of Xiaoyao Decoction nourishing and sedative drug in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type,and the results were satisfactory.No serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
