柔肝止泻汤治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性腹泻随机平行对照研究

Rougan Zhixie soup Treated Liver and Spleen Deficiency Functional Diarrhea Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察柔肝止泻汤治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性腹泻疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将51例门诊患者按就诊顺序号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组25例消旋山莨菪碱,10mg/次,3次/d。治疗组26例柔肝止泻汤(党参、白术炒各20g,扁豆炒6g,山药、陈皮各10g,薏苡仁20g,柴胡10g,白芍30g,香附10g,乌梅6g,车前子、甘草炙各5g,广木香6g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、便常规、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈16例,显效5例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率96.15%。对照组痊愈9例,显效6例,有效2例,无效8例,总有效率68.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]柔肝止泻汤治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性腹泻疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Rougan Zhixie soup Treated by liver and spleen deficiency functionality.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,51 cases of outpatient treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.25 cases in the control group raceanisodamine,10 mg/time,3 times/d.Softening treatment group 26 cases Rougan Zhixie soup（Dangshen,Baizhu 20 g,Biandou 6g,Shanyao,Chenpi 10 g,Yiyiren 20 g,Chaihu 10 g,Baishao 30 g,Xiangfu 10 g,Wumei 6g,Cheqianzi,Gancao each 5g,Guangmuxiang 6g）,a/d,decoction 200 m L,sooner or later orally.30 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,then routine,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 16 cases,5 cases markedly effective in 4 cases,1 case,the total efficiency of 96.15%.The control group cured in 9 cases,effective in 6 cases,2 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 68.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Rougan diarrhea Diarrhea Treated liver spleen Functional satisfied,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
