祛风止咳汤治疗亚急性咳嗽随机平行对照研究

Qufeng Zhike Soup Treated Subacute Cough Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察祛风止咳汤治疗亚急性咳嗽疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将94例门诊患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。合理清淡饮食,养成良好的生活习惯,防寒保暖。对照组47例强力枇杷胶囊,0.3g/次,3次/d。治疗组47例祛风止咳汤(陈皮、茯苓、僵蚕、杏仁各15g,淡豆豉、桑叶、川贝母、紫菀、马勃、百部炙各10g;咽喉肿痛、声音嘶哑加金银花、牛蒡子、桔梗;风寒严重加防风、荆芥;阴虚盗汗加麦冬、沙参、知母;肝火盛加黄芩、栀子、牡丹皮);1剂/d,水煎600m L,早中晚餐后口服,200m L/次。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈26例,显效12例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率95.74%。对照组痊愈8例,显效13例,有效15例,无效11例,总有效率76.60%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。症状积分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]祛风止咳汤治疗亚急性咳嗽疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the treatment of acute cough,chills and cough efficacy Asian soup.[Methods]randomized,parallel controlled method,94 outpatients by disease Zhi No.lottery method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.Reasonable light diet,to develop good habits,weatherization.47 cases in the control group loquat strong capsule,0.3g/time,3 times/d.The treatment group 47 cases chills cough soup（Chenpi,Fuling,Jiangc han,Shashen 15 g,Dandouchi,Sangye,Chuanbeimu,Ziyuan,Mabo,Baibu each 10g;sore throat,hoarseness plus Jin yinhua,Niupangzi,Jiegeng;severe cold plus Fangfeng,Jingjie;Yin night sweats Jia Maidong,Shashen,Zhimu;anger Sheng plus Huangqin,Zhizi,Mudanpi）;1/d,decoction 600 m L,early in the After oral dinner,200 m L/times.14 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,symptom scores,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 26 cases,12 cases markedly effective in 7 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 95.74%.The control group recovered eight cases were cured 13 cases,effective 15 cases,ineffective in 11 cases,the total efficiency of 76.60%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.Symptom scores improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Qufeng Treated satisfaction acute cough cough effect in Asia,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
