四逆散联合奥美拉唑治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性浅表性胃炎随机平行对照研究

Treating Cold Limbs Power Combined with Omeprazole in the Treatment of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type Chronic Superficial Gastritis Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察四逆散联合奥美拉唑治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性浅表性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组。对照组45例奥美拉唑20mg/次,1次/d。治疗组45例四逆散（柴胡10g,枳实、芍药各15g,甘草~炙5g）,随证加减,1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效25例,有效13例,无效7例,总有效率84.44%。对照组显效11例,有效15例,无效19例,总有效率57.77%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]四逆散联合奥美拉唑治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性浅表性胃炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Treatment of 1 courses, determine the efficacy.[Result]The treatment group was markedly effective in 25 cases, effective in 13 cases, invalid in 7 cases, the total effective rate was 84.44%. The control group was markedly effective in 11 cases, effective in 15 cases, invalid in 19 cases, the total effective rate was 57.77%. The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Treating Cold Limbs Powder Combined with omeprazole in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type chronic superficial gastritis, and the results were satisfactory. No serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
