三芪液联合尼莫地平治疗气虚血瘀型脑中风后遗症随机平行对照研究

Randomized Controlled Study of San Qiye Combined with Drug on Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type Stroke Sequelae

[目的]观察三芪液联合尼莫地平治疗气虚血瘀型脑中风后遗症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组,均抗凝、扩血管。对照组30例尼莫地平,40mg/次,3次/d。治疗组30例三芪液(黄芪18g,三七6g,芒果叶12g),1剂/d,水煎600m L,早晚口服;尼莫地平治疗同对照组。连续治疗12周为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经功能缺损评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效、神经功能疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。神经功能缺损评分两组均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]三芪液联合尼莫地平治疗气虚血瘀型脑中风后遗症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of San Qiye Combined with western medicine on squeal of apoplexy fibrosis patients.[Methods]With the randomized parallel controlled method,60 patients inhospital and outhospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the pathography draw method,they are with anticoagulation and vasodilator.Control group 30 patients were given Nimodipine,40mg/time,3 times/d.Treatment group 30 patients were given Sanqi solution（Astragalus 18 g,Panax notoginseng 6g,mango leaves 12g）,1 time/d,decoction 600 m L,sooner or later orally.continuous course treatment 12 weeks,Observation of clinical symptoms,neurological function,adverse reactions,after one treatment,response assessment.[Results]Clinical efficacy,neurological treatment group is better than the control group（P0.05）.Neurological function in two groups were improved（P0.05,P0.01）,Treatment group is better than control group（P0.01）.[Conclusion]San Qiye Combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia, the curative effect is satisfied, noserious adverse reaction, is worth promoting.
