中药汤剂联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压随机平行对照研究

Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction combined with Irbesartan in the Treatment of Hypertension Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察中药汤剂联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将136例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组68例厄贝沙坦,150mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组68例中药汤剂（黄芪、大枣各15g,白术、白芍、党参各10g,葛根、茯苓各8g,甘草炙、桂枝各6g）,水煎300m L,分2~3次服,随症加减;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、收缩压、舒张压、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效30例,有效34例,无效4例,总有效率94.12%。对照组显效21例,有效29例,无效18例,总有效率73.53%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。血压改变治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]中药汤剂联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with irbesartan in treatment of hypertension.[Method]Using random parallel control method,136 cases of outpatient patients according to the order number method were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 68 cases of irbesartan,150 mg/times,1 times/d,oral.The treatment group of 68 cases of traditional Chinese medicinedecoction（Huang Qi,jujube 15 g,white atractylodes rhizome,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Codonopsis 10 g,radix puerariae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Poria cocos 8g,Guizhi Decoction 300 m L,6g）,2~3 times,with disease;western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for 1 courses of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,adverse reaction.1 course of treatment, treatment to determine efficacy.30 cases of treatment group.[Result]34 cases were effective,4 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 94.12%.The control group was 21 cases,29 cases were effective,18 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 73.53%.The treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.The changes of blood pressure in treatment group than in control group（P 〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with irbesartan in the treatment of hypertension,with no serious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
