沙参麦冬汤联合化疗治疗气阴两虚型非小细胞肺癌随机平行对照研究

Shashen Maidong Soup Combined with Chemotherapy Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Chemotherapy and Reducing Toxicity Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察沙参麦冬汤联合化疗治疗气阴两虚型非小细胞肺癌疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例化疗前地塞米松0.75mg/次,2~4次/d;顺铂,第1d,20mg·m^(-2)给药,水化减少肾毒性;吉西他滨,1250g·m-2,1次/周,静滴30min,第1、8d;托烷司琼5mg+100m L 5%葡萄糖,缓慢静脉推注,1次/d。治疗组50例沙参麦冬汤(南沙参、北沙参各15g,太子参、白花蛇舌草、五指毛桃各20g,防己、麦冬、玉竹各12g,黄芪30g,三七、冬虫夏草各3g,生甘草6g,桑叶9g;剧烈咳嗽加浙贝母1g,桔梗2g;咳血加白茅根2g,白及1g,藕节炭5g;胸痛加延胡索、枳壳1g,郁金2g;胸水加茯苓、猪苓各1g,葶苈子2g),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服,200m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗56d为1疗程。观测临床症状、Karnofsky评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效35例,有效14例,无效1例,总有效率98.00%。对照组显效22例,有效21例,无效7例,总有效率86.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。Karnofsky评分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]沙参麦冬汤联合化疗治疗气阴两虚型非小细胞肺癌疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the Radix Ophiopogon soup combined with chemotherapy for nonsmall cell lung cancer Reducing Toxicity and efficacy.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,100 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups craps method is simple.The control group of50 patients before chemotherapy dexamethasone,0.75 mg/times,2 to 4 times/d.Cisplatin,the first ld,20mg·m^（-2）administration,hydration reduce kidney toxicity,repeated once every three weeks;gemcitabine,1250g·m^（-2）,1 times/week,infusion 30 min,first 1,8d,every three Zhou repeated.Tropisetron 5 mg＋100mL 5%glucose,slow intravenous injection,1 times/d.Treatment group of 50 patients Radix Ophiopogon soup（Nanshashen,Beishashen 15 g,Taizishen,B aihuasheshecao,Wuzhimaotao 20 g,Fangji,Maidong,Yuzhu 12 g,Huangqi 30 g,Sanqi,Dongchongxiacao 3g,Shenggancao6 g,Sangye 9g;severe coughing plus Zhebeimu 1g,Jiegeng 2g;hemoptysis plus Baimaogen 2g,Baiji lg,Oujiecarbon5g;chest pain plus Yanhusuo,Zhike lg,Yujin 2g;pleural effusion plus Fuling,Zhuling each lg,Tinglizi 2g）,l/d,decoction400 mL,sooner or later,oral,200 mL/times.Western medicine with the control group.56 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,Karnofsky score,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 35 cases,effective 14 cases,ineffective in 1 case,the total efficiency of 98.00%.The control group 22 cases markedly effective in 21 cases,7 cases,the total efficiency of 86.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Karnofsky scores improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Radix Ophiopogon soup combined with chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer Chemotherapy and Reducing Toxicity results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
