丁香柿蒂汤、穴位注射联合多潘立酮治疗肿瘤致顽固性呃逆随机平行对照研究

Dingxiang Shidi Soup,Point Injection Combined with Domperidone Treatment of Intractable Hiccups Caused by Tumor Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察丁香柿蒂汤、穴位注射联合多潘立酮治疗肿瘤致顽固性呃逆疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例穴位注射,双侧足三里,甲氧氯普胺针10mg/次,1次/d;多潘立酮10mg/次,1次/d。治疗组40例丁香柿蒂汤(丁香10g,柿蒂15g,党参20g,法半夏15g,生姜10g,旋覆花15g,代赌石^(先煎)30g,五味子10g,麦冬15g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服,100m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、呃逆频率、呃逆时间、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效35例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组显效27例,有效5例,无效8例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。呃逆指标改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]丁香柿蒂汤、穴位注射联合多潘立酮治疗肿瘤致顽固性呃逆疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the cloves Shidi soup,point injection combined with domperidone therapy induced tumor efficacy of intractable hiccups.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,80 cases of hospitalized patients by disease Zhi No.lottery method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.Acupoint injection control group of 40 patients,bilateral Zusanli metoclopramide needle,10mg/times,1 times/d.Domperidone,10mg/times,1 times/d.Treatment group,40 patients Dingxiang Shidi soup（Dingxiang 10 g,Shidi 15 g,Dangshen 20 g,Fabanxia 15 g,Shengjiang 10 g,Xuanfuhau 15 g,Daizheshifry 30 g,Wuweizi 10 g,Maidong 15g）,1 Agents/d,decoction 200 m L,sooner or later,oral,100 m L/times.Western medicine with the control group.7d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,hiccups frequency,hiccup time,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 35 cases,effective in 3 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 95.00%.The control group 27 cases markedly effective in 5 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 80.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Hiccup indicators improve treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Dingxiang Shidi soup,point injection therapy combined with domperidone satisfaction intractable hiccups caused by tumor effect,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
