摘要
目的对新疆医科大学第五附属医院14台医用诊断X射线机放射诊疗工作场所进行放射防护控制效果评价,确定放射防护设施和防护措施在控制职业照射和防止潜在照射方面的有效性、适宜性。方法通过现场辐射监测、查验、核实等方法收集数据,将检测数据、调查资料与国家标准进行比较。结果该院放射工作人员个人剂量(0.12-0.90 m Sv)、放射诊疗工作场所放射防护设施及防护措施、周围剂量当量率(〈0.4μSv/h)、质量控制检测指标基本符合国家标准规定的要求,但高频透视机机房面积(8.96 m2)低于国家标准的要求,部分防护设施、措施及个人防护用品的配置尚待完善。结论该中心新建放射诊疗建设项目判定为职业病危害一般类的建设项目,该院医用诊断X射线放射诊疗工作场所放射防护控制效果基本达到国家标准规定要求,基本能保障放射工作人员和公众的健康与安全,放射防护设施和防护措施是有效的。
[Objective]To evaluate the control effect of radiological protection in radiological diagnosis and radiotherapy workplace of 14 medical diagnostic diagnostic X-ray machines in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, determine the effectiveness and appropriateness of radiological protection facilities and protection measures in control of occupational exposure and prevention of potential exposure. [Methods]The data were collected by on-site radiation monitoring, examination and verification, and the test and survey data were compared with the national standard. [Results]The individual dose of radiologic workers in this hospital(0.12-0.90 mSv), protective facilities and measures in radiological diagnosis and radiotherapy workplaces, ambient dose equivalent rate (〈0.4 μSv/h) and quality control and test indexes conformed to the requirements of national standard, but the machine room area of high frequency fluoroscopic machines (8.96 m^2) was lower than the requirements of national standard, and part of the protective facilities, measures and personal protective equipment remained to be perfected. [Conclusion]The newly built radiological diagnosis and radiotherapy construction project of the Center has been classified as construction project with common occupational hazard. The control effects of radiological protection in the radiological diagnosis and radiotherapy workplaces of medical diagnostic X-ray machines in the hospital basically reach the requirements of national standard, basically guarantee the health and safety of the radiologic workers and the public, radiological protective facilities and measures are effective.
