摘要
目的了解幼儿教师的职业倦怠及其影响因素,为制定幼儿教师心理干预方案提供参考。方法采用整群随机的抽样方法从锦州市和宁波市抽取200家幼儿园,从中抽取幼儿教师600人,其中有效问卷534人,采用多元线性回归进行影响因素的筛选。结果幼儿园教师职业倦怠率为35.89%。职业倦怠在城镇、所教班级、不同月薪和不同文化程度间的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中城市、高年级、低月薪和高文化程度的职业倦怠较为明显。文化程度、工作情绪和付出-回报失衡是职业倦怠的影响因素(P<0.05),且影响均为正向的。结论幼儿教师的职业倦怠已较严重,应引起社会关注和支持。
[Objective]To understand the job burnout of preschool teachers and its influencing factors, provide basis for formulating the psychological intervention scheme of preschool teaehers.[nethods]A total of 600 preschool teachers from 200 kindergartens in Jinzhou and Ningbo were selected by cluster random sampling method, 534 questionnaires were effective. The influencing factors were screened by multiple linear regression analysis. [Results]The rate of job burnout of preschool teachers was 35.89%. The differences of job burnout in town or counties, different classes, monthly income and education level were statistically significant (P〈0.05). The job burnout of teachers in town, senior, low salary and high education level were more obvious. The education level, job morale and effort-reward imbalance were the positive influencing factors of job burnout (P〈0.05). [Conclusion]Job burnout of preschool teachers is serious, which need social attention and support.
