南京市高校女教师心理健康诊断研究

Study on the mental health of female teachers in universities of Nanjing City

摘要 目的从整体和人口变量学特征,诊断南京市高校女教师心理健康状况。方法运用测量法和数理统计等方法对南京市高校女教师心理健康状况进行问卷调查,并与中国常模进行比较。结果共有431名高校教师参加调查,与中国常模比较,南京高校女教师SCL-90临床症状自评量表的10项指标差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);南京市高校女教师心理健康总检出率为15.75%。婚姻状况不同的南京高校女教师中焦虑性、抑郁性、精神病症和偏执性、恐怖和强迫症状差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄阶段中抑郁性、人际关系精神、恐怖病症、强迫症和焦虑性因子差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同学历中抑郁性、人际关系、恐怖、强迫、焦虑、精神病症和偏执性差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论南京市高校女教师心理健康水平低于全国的常模水平。一部分高校女教师心理健康存在不同程度问题,心理健康水平的人口变量学存在较大差异。 [Objective]To diagnose the mental health of university female teachers in Nanjing City, base on the entirety and population variance characteristics. [Methods]Measurement method and mathematical statistics were applied to conduct a questionnaire survey on mental health conditions of university female teachers in Nanjing City, the results were compared with Chinese norm.[Results]A total of 431 teachers participated in the investigation, significant differences existed in 10 indicators of SCL-90 between Chinese norm and university female teachers (all P〈0.05). The total detection rate of mental health among university female teachers was 15.75%. The anxiety, depression, mental illness and paranoia, terror and forced symptoms were significantly different between teachers with different marital status (P〈0.05). The differences of depression, interpersonal relationship, terror, compulsion, anxiety, mental illness and paranoia were significantly between teachers with different educational background (P〈0.05).[Conclusion]The mental health level of university female teachers in Nanjing City is lower than the Chinese norm. Some teachers have mental problems of different degree. Demographic variables of mental health level exists significant difference.
