摘要
目的了解2009—2013年第二炮兵医疗放射工作人员的外照射个人剂量水平。方法采用Li F(Mg,Cu,P)热释光个人剂量计,按照GBZ 128-2002《职业性外照射个人监测规范》的要求进行监测。结果 5年间全体人员(589人次)年平均剂量在0.904-1.593 m Sv之间,新增的介入放射工作人员年平均剂量值明显偏高,其他职业类别人员的年平均剂量则基本处在本底水平。除部分介入放射工作人员外,绝大多数医疗放射工作人员的受照剂量都在管理目标值(5 m Sv)以下。结论第二炮兵医疗放射工作人员个人剂量水平符合国家标准要求,但应当加强介入放射工作人员的个人防护。
[Objective]To investigate personal dose level for external exposure of the medical radiation workers in Second Artillery from 2009-2013,[Methods]thermoluminescence dosimeters LiF (Mg, Cu, P) were used for individual monitoring, which is based on "Specifications of Individual Monitoring for Occupational External Exposure(GBZ 128-2002)".[Results]The average dose of all workers (589 person time) was 0.904-1.593 mSv/a in 5 years, the average dose of interventional radiation workers was significantly higher than the other types workers whose dose was at a level of natural radiation. Personal dose of most of workers was lower than management goal limit (5 mSv) except some interventional radiation workers.[Conclusion]Personal dose level of the medical radiation workers in Second Artillery meets the requirements of national standards, but personal protection of interventional radiation workers should be reinforced.
