第二炮兵医疗放射工作人员外照射个人剂量监测结果

Monitoring results for external exposure dose of medical radiation workers in the Second Artillery

目的了解2009—2013年第二炮兵医疗放射工作人员的外照射个人剂量水平。方法采用Li F（Mg,Cu,P）热释光个人剂量计,按照GBZ 128-2002《职业性外照射个人监测规范》的要求进行监测。结果 5年间全体人员（589人次）年平均剂量在0.904-1.593 m Sv之间,新增的介入放射工作人员年平均剂量值明显偏高,其他职业类别人员的年平均剂量则基本处在本底水平。除部分介入放射工作人员外,绝大多数医疗放射工作人员的受照剂量都在管理目标值（5 m Sv）以下。结论第二炮兵医疗放射工作人员个人剂量水平符合国家标准要求,但应当加强介入放射工作人员的个人防护。

[Objective]To investigate personal dose level for external exposure of the medical radiation workers in Second Artillery from 2009-2013,[Methods]thermoluminescence dosimeters LiF （Mg, Cu, P） were used for individual monitoring, which is based on ＂Specifications of Individual Monitoring for Occupational External Exposure（GBZ 128-2002）＂.[Results]The average dose of all workers （589 person time） was 0.904-1.593 mSv/a in 5 years, the average dose of interventional radiation workers was significantly higher than the other types workers whose dose was at a level of natural radiation. Personal dose of most of workers was lower than management goal limit （5 mSv） except some interventional radiation workers.[Conclusion]Personal dose level of the medical radiation workers in Second Artillery meets the requirements of national standards, but personal protection of interventional radiation workers should be reinforced.
