摘要
研究了云南省A市220kV和110kV骨干电网网架的目标规划年、远景规划以及饱和规划年电力网络规划的模型,通过分析骨干电网网架现状,得出骨干网架存在的问题;深入研究了A市规划期负荷预测,分别采用大用户法、人均电量法、弹性系数法预测,通过多方案的对比,得出较为实用的负荷计算结果;最后进行电力电量平衡计算,结合前述负荷计算的结果,方便快速A市骨干馈线网架优化。同时结论对其它领域的最小生成树问题的求解也有一定的借鉴作用。
This paper studies the in yunnan province,A city of 220 kV and 110 kV power grid backbone network frame of goal programming,vision and saturated planning of electric power network planning model,according to the analysis of current backbone power grid network frame.It is concluded that the problems existing in the backbone network frame;Further study of the planning phase of load forecasting,A city with big user method,the per capita electricity method and elastic coefficient method to predict,by contrast,many more practical load calculation results;Finally on power balance calculation,combined with the result of the load calculation,convenient and quick A municipal backbone feeder network optimization.In this paper,At the same time in the field of minimum spanning tree problem solving also has the certain model function.
