摘要 为了解决工农业生产中最常用的异步电动机故障频发且复杂多样,难以维修诊断的问题,通过对异步电动机常见的机械故障和故障机理的分析,探究了信号处理技术及智能诊断技术,旨将BP神经网络技术应用到电机的故障诊断中。系统对采集的电机振动信号进行分析处理后,以BP神经网络作为故障诊断分类器,利用模式识别来对电动机进行故障诊断,以LabVIEW软件完成BP神经网络程序的编写,验证实验结果显示该故障诊断方法简单可靠,且适合现场实际开发。 In order to solve the problem of correctly identifying fault classes in induction motor fault diagnosis and improve the accuracy of the classification,This paper determines target parameters can reflect overall motor mechanical condition through analyzing motor common mechanical fault and fault mechanism,Through the study of signal processing technology and intelligent diagnosis technology,aimed to the BP neural network technology is applied to fault diagnosis of motor.Extracting fault characteristic parameters of key parts vibration signal,applying BP neural network as fault diagnosis classifier and adopting pattern recognition method.using LabVIEW software to write the BP neural network program,At last experimental results show,the fault diagnosis method is simple and reliable,and suitable for actual development.
