封闭母线接头内部热源求解及测点信息研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了使封闭母线接头有效的工作,需要在设计时对其加以评估。封闭母线接头处的发热、温升以及散热等问题严重影响其工作稳定性。采用共轭梯度法反演封闭母线接头的内部热源,从而得到其内部温度场分布,解决了难以直接测量其内部温度场的问题,并讨论了待求解参数的测点位置及测点数目对反演结果的影响。结果表明:测点的数目以及测点位置对反演精度有一定的影响,但使用共轭梯度法仍能够得到较满意的结果。 The stability of the connection between two adjacent joints of the enclosed bus-bar must be well assessed in prior to the fabrication,for the guarantee of its best performance.The rise of temperature and the heat dissipation occurring at the joints of enclosed bus-bar are the essential factors determining the operating stability of the power transport equipment.In this regard,the conjugate gradient method(CGM)was adopted to inversely deduce the feature of the internal heat source and the internal temperature distribution for the enclosed bus-bar in this work,avoiding the difficulties of direct measurements.We further obtained the temperature fields of the joints of enclosed bus-bar,and discussed the effect of choosing the positions for the measuring points and number of measuring points on the result of inverse deduction.Our results show that,although the inversed results of heat source distribution are dependent on the positions of measuring points and the number of measuring points,satisfied results can still be obtained by CGM.
