摘要
机组冷端系统能力差的问题一直困扰着电力行业,在我国有超过一半的大型湿冷机组凝汽器的运行压力高于设计值1~2kPa,这继而造成了火电机组的发电煤耗的升高。影响大型湿冷机组冷端性能的因素众多,包括机组真空严密性、凝汽器蒸汽负荷、凝汽器清洁度、循环冷却水进口温度、循环冷却水温升、凝汽器端差等。通过对上述影响湿冷机组冷端性能的主要因素进行了细致详实的分析,对于指导电厂运行调节而言,影响冷端性能的每一种因素分析是具有实际意义的。但同时也指出上述影响因素对机组冷端性能的影响虽然是在相对独立的条件下得出的,但实际上它们是相互联系的,对机组凝汽器冷端性能的影响是全方面的,并提出了提高机组凝汽器运行性能的有效方法是确定凝汽器最佳真空值。这一方法最有操作性,也是电厂提高机组经济性、降低发电煤耗、实现全厂经济效益最大化的最佳渠道。
Large damp during operation for coal-fired power units,damp condenser operating pressure is higher than design value 1~ 2kPa is more common,it shows that the unit cold junction system operation performance is poor,this problem is more common in the power generation industry.The influence factors of large damp unit cold junction is numerous,including vacuum rigor of unit,the condenser steam load and the condenser cleanliness,circulating cooling water inlet temperature,cooling water temperature rise,such as condenser end,through the above-mentioned influence the properties of wet unit cold junction a detailed detailed analysis of every main factor has a realistic significance for guiding the power plant operation adjustment.At the same time,it is pointed out that although these factors are under the condition of relatively independent,but in fact they are connected with each other and affect the performance of the condenser generating unit with cold junction is all aspects.On this basis,puts forward the effective method to improve the performance of the condenser operation is to determine the best vacuum condenser.This method is not only the maneuverability is strong,also conducive to the power plant to improve fuel consumption,reduce power generation unit coal consumption,maximizing economic benefit of factory.
