摘要
采用商品化的磷酸铁锂(LiFePO_4)、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)和水性粘结剂LA132作为原料,制备LiFePO_4正极片,从极片粘附力、柔韧性及电化学性能等方面,研究NMP对采用水系粘结剂LA132制备的正极片性能的影响。当w(NMP)≤3%时,正极片的粘附力从20 N/m增加到50 N/m,柔韧性从D10提高到D1;当w(NMP)≤1%时,电池以1.0 C的电流在2.5~4.2 V循环300次,容量衰减小于8%,且不影响极片活性物质的充放电比容量及充放电特性。
Commercial lithium iron phosphate( LiFePO_4),N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone( NMP) and LA132 were used to produce cathode. The adhesion and flexibility and electrochemical performance were investigated. When w( NMP) ≤ 3%,the adhesion increased from 20 N/m to 50 N/m,the flexibility increased from D10 to D1;when w( NMP) ≤1%,the battery capacity attenuation was less than 8% after 300 cycles which didn't affect capacity of the anode materials( voltage 2. 5 ~ 4. 2 V,current 1. 0 C).
