加强高校思想政治教育队伍建设的对策思考

Strengthening the Team Development of Ideological and Political Education in Universities: Measures

高校思想政治教育队伍担负着培养大学生成人成才的重要职责。但目前,高校存在着思政教师专业素质不均衡、专业素质有待提高,心理健康教育队伍建设比例失调,党团组织队伍未能充分发挥作用,全员育人机制和承载任务不协调等问题。加强思想政治教育队伍建设,就是要加强思想政治教育专业人员、心理健康教育队伍、辅导员综合素质的拓展和发挥党团模范作用的队伍建设。

Ideological and Political Education （IPE） in universities is important for students＇ development. However, at present, there are problems as follows： irregular professional qualities of IPE teachers are to be improved; team-building is imbalanced in mental health education, organizations of the Party and Youth League failing to give full play to their roles; and overall education mechanism and tasks are uncoordinated. In order to strengthen the team development of this course, it is essential to enhance the comprehensive qualities of the IPE professionals, psychological health education staff and instructors, while playing the exemplary roles of the Party and the League.
