摘要
研究生导师和辅导员合力育人的作用在研究生成长成才过程中至关重要。针对合力育人意识不足、合力育人职责不清、合力育人制度不全、合力育人沟通不畅等问题,提出了构建研究生导师和辅导员合力育人机制模式:确立一个中心,即"培养高素质人才";搭建二个平台,即"交流互动平台"和"专业培训平台";制定三套制度,即考核制度、激励制度、融合制度;依托四个抓手,即学术、活动、就业、生活。
The co-educating role of supervisors and counselors is of great importance for postgraduates' development. In terms of such problems of combining education as weak awareness, unclear responsibility, imperfect system and ineffective communication, a co-educating mechanism mode of postgraduates' supervisors and counselors is put forward as follows: to establish a center "Cuhivating Highly Qualified Personnel"; to set up Two Platforms, i.e. "Interactive Communication" and "Professional Training"; to make Three Systems, i.e. evaluation, incentive and integration; to focus on Four Aspects, i.e. academia, activity, jobs and life.
