摘要
当代中国女性的职业美德建设,应按照"敬业爱岗、尽职履责、诚实守信、公道正派、服务群众、热情优质、团结同事、关怀合作、奉献社会、发展自我"的基本要求,提高女性自身的职业美德修养,强化女性职业美德建设的社会伦理支持,采取有效策略构建现代女德培育的职业场域。
The development of contemporary Chinese women＇s professional virtues should improve their own accomplishments of work ethics in accordance with such basic requirements as ＂working passionately with responsible performance, being fair and honest, serving the people enthusiastically, cooperating with colleagues, and contributing to the society with self-development＂. It is essential to strengthen social ethics support to women＇s improvement of occupational morality, and establish career fields for cultivating modern female virtuousness through effective strategies.
