肿瘤精准康复服务顶层设计之探讨

Discussion on Top Design of Tumor Precision Rehabilitation Service

截至2011年,中国有749万癌症幸存者,目前预计这一数字已达到1 000万。然而,中国肿瘤早防、早诊、早治以及康复方面的发展仍落后于发达国家,发展精准医疗和精准康复技术迫在眉睫,其中开展以"医患"为中心、医疗-康复服务价值为驱动的顶层设计是关健。本文阐述了肿瘤康复顶层设计的3大方面内容,即品质生活模型、精准服务体系、大数据云计算平台。本文倡导:首先,建立由心理健康、精神健康、身体健康和社交健康等要素组成的癌症幸存者品质生活模型;其次,形成由卫生保健、精准康复、基础设施和坚实经济构成的精准康复服务体系。基于大数据和云计算平台的肿瘤临床服务支持系统有助于实现精准化、个体化的服务,同时创新诊疗路径和服务内容,优化就医体验,有助于中医药的创新和传承发展。

Until 2011,there were 7.49 million cancer survivors in China.At present,this number was estimated to be 10 million.However,the early prevention,diagnosis and treatment of tumor and the development of rehabilitation still trailed far behind developed countries.It was imminent to develop precision medicine and precision rehabilitation skills.Top design is crucial in the ＂doctor-patient＂ oriented model establishment with the driving force of medical practice and rehabilitation service value.This paper discussed three main aspects in the top design of tumor rehabilitation,which were the quality of life（QOF） model,precision service system,and the big data cloud computing platform.This paper advocated the establishment of a QOF model for cancer survivors,which included the elements of psychological,mental,physical and social health first.Secondly,a precision rehabilitation service system,which included health care,precision rehabilitation,infrastructure projects,and the solid economic base,should be form.The tumor clinical service support system based on big data and cloud computing platform assisted the realization of precise and individualized service.Meanwhile,it improved clinical pathways and service contents,optimized medical experiences,which is helpful for the innovation and inheritance of Chinese medicine development.
