中国老年肿瘤康复的任务和展望

Tasks and Prospects of Geriatric Tumor Rehabilitation in China

随着中国老龄化进展以及癌症发病率的不断攀升,老年肿瘤患者数量日益增长。目前老年肿瘤患者经医院治疗后,后续康复缺位,生活质量不高,预后不佳,老年肿瘤康复问题成为中国公共卫生领域亟待解决的重点任务之一。为深入评估中国老年肿瘤康复需求以及医务工作者的康复服务能力与态度,本研究针对北京市抗癌乐园肿瘤患者,以及全国多个省市的医师、护士展开问卷调查。调查结果显示,目前中国老年肿瘤患者重点需求的康复内容包括营养、心理以及改善症状等方面。部分医师、护士缺乏专业指南及专业技能是影响为肿瘤患者提供肿瘤康复服务的主要障碍,大部分医务工作者愿意通过专业学会了解肿瘤康复专业知识及信息。基于中国老年肿瘤康复需求与现状,中国老年学和老年医学学会肿瘤康复分会于2015年11月正式成立,提出以"明确需求、整合资源、精准服务"为主要任务,以"以人为本、健康康复"为宗旨,并提出了当前的重点工作和规划。

The population of Chinese geriatric tumor patients has increased quickly along with the aging progress and high cancer incidence in China.Currently,elderly tumor patients lacked post-treatment medical care and rehabilitation,which led to their low quality of life and poor prognosis.The geriatric tumor rehabilitation has become one of the most important tasks in the Chinese public health field.In order to deeply evaluate the Chinese geriatric tumor rehabilitation requirements as well as the rehabilitation service abilities and attitudes of medical workers.This questionnaire survey was carried among tumor patients in the Beijing Anti-cancer Association,as well as doctors and nurses in several provinces and cities in China.The survey results showed that currently the main rehabilitation requirements of Chinese elderly tumor patients included nutrition,psychological consultation,symptom improvement,and etc.The lacking of professional guidelines and skills among some doctors and nurses became main obstacles for them to provide tumor rehabilitation services for patients.Most medical workers hoped to acquire professional knowledge and information on tumor rehabilitation through professional associations.Based on the requirements and current situations of geriatric tumor rehabilitation in China,the Chinese Society of Ceriatric Oncology and Rehabilitation（CSGOR） was established on November 2015.The main tasks of CSGOR included clarifying requirements,integrating resources,and precision services.The purpose was human-oriented and health rehabilitation.The current key work projects and future plans were also proposed.
