摘要
作为一门新兴学科,肿瘤康复治疗是针对患者躯体功能障碍和心理社会学问题而展开的多学科综合干预,也是临床肿瘤学的重要组成部分之一。近来老年肿瘤患者数量逐年攀升,该类患者兼具老年人和肿瘤患者的双重特性,在肿瘤群体中身份特殊,需要特别关注。笔者归纳总结老年肿瘤康复的学科特点及中医药在老年肿瘤康复治疗中的优势,提出老年肿瘤康复改进目标,并初步探索我国的老年肿瘤康复服务模式。
As an emerging discipline and the important component of clinical oncology,oncology rehabilitation refers to the multidisciplinary intervention which focuses on physical dysfunctions and psychological /sociological problems.The population of elderly patients suffering from cancer has been gradually increasing in recent years,and they deserve special attentions for the dual characteristics.In the review,we summarized the characteristics of geriatric oncology rehabilitation and the superiorities of traditional Chinese medicine in this discipline,then put forward the corresponding improvement goals,and made preliminary exploration with respect of the service patterns of geriatric oncology rehabilitation.
