老年综合评估及其在老年肿瘤患者中的应用

Meanings and Application of Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment in Elderly Cancer Patients

恶性肿瘤严重影响着老年人的健康状况和生活质量。预计到2030年,新发肿瘤患者中70%为老年患者。全面、综合的评估是老年肿瘤患者管理中的核心内容和重要前提。老年综合评估（Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment,CGA）使用特定的工具对包括躯体健康,所患疾病情况、精神心理、营养状况、认知水平,社会经济资源以及环境资源等一切可能影响老年人总体健康水平和疾病转归的因素进行多维度的分析总结,已成为目前老年健康管理的重要手段。随着CGA的广泛应用,在老年肿瘤患者中进行CGA的研究也不断深入,诸多研究证实了CGA在预测老年肿瘤患者生存、生活质量及治疗耐受性等方面的重要应用价值。本文对CGA的主要内容及其在老年肿瘤患者中的应用现状进行综述。

Malignant tumor seriously affects the health and life quality in old people.By 2030,70%of new cancer cases will be elderly patients.The core content and important prerequisite in elderly patients with tumor management is comprehensive and integrated assessment.Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment（CGA） is one of specific tools used to multi-dimensional analysis and summarization of all possible factors that impact the overall levels of health and diseases in the elderly,which including body health,the disease situation,the spirit of psychological,nutritional status,cognitive level,social economic resources and environmental resources.CGA has become the important means of elderly health management.With the widely application of the CGA,many studies have confirmed the value of CGA in predicting survival,quality of life and many other aspects of cancer treatment in elderly patients.In this review,main contents of CGA and its application status in elderly cancer patients are reviewed.
