眩晕的中医证候相关因素分析

Analysis on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Relevant Factors on Vertigo

目的:通过对眩晕患者中医证候临床调研,运用统计学方法探讨影响眩晕中医证候的相关因素。方法:通过填写统一设计的病例观察表,收集了256例眩晕患者的一般情况、合并疾病、眩晕病因、中医证候等资料,运用卡方检验、单因素方差分析方法进行统计分析。结果:256例眩晕患者中痰浊上扰型最多,122例占47.7%,阴虚阳亢型次之,83例占32.4%,气虚清阳不升型最少,51例占19.9%。性别构成、合并冠心病、糖尿病、脑血管病、高血脂等疾病及头晕残障量表的基线评分在不同证型间无显著差异;而年龄、合并高血压痛、眩晕的病因及眩晕严重程度量表基线评分在不同证型间有显著差异。结论:眩晕证候可能与年龄、合并高血压病、眩晕的病因及眩晕严重程度量表基线评分等因素相关。

Statistical methods were used to explore the related factors influencing traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndromes of vertigo.Through the filling of unified design case report form,the general conditions,complications,disease causes of vertigo and TCM syndromes of 256 vertigo cases were collected.Chi-square test and one-way analysis of variance were used in the analysis.The results showed that among 256 vertigo cases,122 cases（47.7%） were the phlegm-turbidity invading upwards pattern,which was the most;83 cases（32.4%）of the yin deficiency with yang hyperactivity pattern were the second;51 cases（19.9%） of the qi deficiency and clear yang failing to ascend pattern were the least.There were no significant differences on the gender,combined diseases such as coronary heart disease（CHD）,diabetes mellitus（DM）,cerebrovascular diseases,hyperlipidemia,as well as the baseline score of the vertigo symptom and sign scale among different patterns.However,age,disease causes of vertigo and combined hypertension,as well as the baseline score of vertigo symptom and sign scale showed significant difference among different patterns.It was concluded that the syndrome of vertigo may be related to factors such as age,disease causes of vertigo and combined hypertension,as well as the baseline score of vertigo symptom and sign scale.
