脑梗死后线粒体介导的细胞凋亡通路及针刺干预作用的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 脑梗死发生时,神经细胞凋亡是造成其高死亡率、高致残率的主要机制。线粒体作为神经细胞凋亡的调控中心,在细胞凋亡过程中起到重要作用。对线粒体引起凋亡的机制进行研究,从线粒体方面着手,抑制细胞凋亡的发生,能有效减少神经细胞凋亡引起的脑组织损伤,有效降低脑梗死患者的死亡率并改善愈后。本文将就线粒体内参与细胞凋亡的相关凋亡因子及针刺干预的相关研究进行综述。 When cerebral infarction occurred,neuronal apoptosis is the primary mechanism causing its high mortality and morbidity.Mitochondrial regulation of apoptosis as a nerve center plays an important role in the process of apoptosis.The mechanism of apoptosis caused by milochondria was studied.From the aspect of milochondria,the apoptosis was inhibited,which can effectively reduce brain damage caused by neuronal apoptosis,and effectively reduce the mortality in patients with cerebral infarction and improve the prognosis.This paper reviewed research on related apoptosis-inducing factors,which participated in the apoptosis in mitochondria,and acupuncture intervention.
