芒针速刺法配合中药离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

Clinical Research on Elongated Needle Combined with Chinese Herbal Ion-introduction in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察芒针速刺配合中药离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用芒针速刺法配合中药离子导入法治疗,对照组采用单纯中药离子导入法治疗,10次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗前后总体疗效、主要症状改善情况、改善指数及改善率。结果:治疗组治疗后总体疗效、主要症状改善情况、改善指数、改善率与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合中药离子导入是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of elongated needle combined with Chinese herbal Ion- introduction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 80 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group received elongated needles combined with Chinese herbal Ion- introduction,and the control group only received Chinese herbal Ion- introduction for the treatment,with 10 times as a treatment course and 2 courses in total. The general therapeutic effect,improvement of major symptoms,improvement index and improvement rate were observed in two groups. Results： The differences in the general therapeutic effect,improvement of major symptoms,improvement index,improvement rate between the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant（ P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Elongated needle combined with Chinese herbal Ion- introduction is an effective method for treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
