手足对应针法治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效观察

Clinical Research of Frozen Shoulder Treated by Hand- foot Corresponding Acupuncture

目的:观察手足对应针法治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的100例门诊肩关节周围炎患者随机分为手足对应针法组、普通针刺组,每组50例。手足对应针法组采用手足对应针法,普通针刺组常规取穴治疗。比较两组疗效及肩关节功能评分的改善情况。结果:2个疗程治疗后,两组疗效均有明显改善,手足对应针法组临床总有效率为92%,普通针刺组总有效率为82%,手足对应针法组优于普通针刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手足对应针法组在疼痛评分、功能评分、运动范围评分和总分方面均优于普通针刺组(P<0.05)。结论:手足对应针法治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效可靠,优于常规针灸疗法。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on frozen shoulder by hand- foot corresponding acupuncture. Methods： 100 patients were randomized into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group. In the observation group,hand- foot corresponding acupuncture was applied. In the control group,the approach of acupuncture and traditional drafting was applied. Assess the curative effect and the score of shoulder joint function after two courses of treatment and analyze the results. Results： After two courses of treatment,the differences of efficiency were statistically significant by comparison of two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The hand- foot corresponding acupuncture is an effective therapy for frozen shoulder. It can improve the shoulder joint function and shorten the course of disease and is superior to the traditional acupuncture therapy.
