壮医经筋滞动针刺疗法治疗气滞血瘀型颈椎病技术规范研究

Technical Specification of Zhuang Medicine Hysteresis-Dynamic Acupuncture for Cervical Spondylosis with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis

目的:通过运用壮医理论结合中医理论及针刺法,指导壮医经筋滞动针法对气滞血瘀型颈椎病治疗方案的制订。方法:依据壮医经筋查"灶"选穴,再行针及滞动针刺消"灶"的操作常规,制订该方案的标准操作规程。结果:最终总结出一套壮医治疗气滞血瘀型颈椎病的规范性综合方案。结论:本治疗方案操作技术规范,易于学习,便于临床推广应用。

Objective： By the Zhuang medicine theory combined with the traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture,to guide the therapeutic scheme of Zhuang medicine hysteresisdynamic acupuncturt for cervical spondylosis with Qi and blood stasis type. Methods： According to the basis of Zhuang medicine by channel tendon to check the＂focus＂,then handmanipulation of needle and hysteresis acupuncture to eliminate it,based on the operation,establish the standard operating procedures of the scheme. Results： Summarize a set of normative comprehensive solutions of Zhuang medicine treatment for cervical spondylosis with Qi and blood stasis type. Conclusion： The treatment technical specification is normalization. It is easy to learn and to apply in the clinic.
