DOG1在CD117/CD34阴性的GIST中的应用价值 被引量:3

Application value of DOG1 in CD117/CD34 negative with gastrointestinal stromal tumors

摘要 目的探讨DOG1在CD117/CD34阴性的胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)诊断中的价值。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测72例GIST和9例胃肠外GIST中DOG1、CD117、CD34、SMA、S100的表达情况。结果 CD117在GIST和胃肠外GIST中表达率分别为88.9%和77.8%,CD34在GIST和胃肠外GIST中表达率分别为72.2%和44.4%,而DOG1在GIST和胃肠外GIST中表达率分别为93.0%和100%。8例CD117阴性病例中,DOG1阳性表达率为37.5%(3/8)。DOG1和CD117阳性表达率在各风险程度组两两比较差异均未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DOG1在诊断GIST中与CD117、CD34有一定互补性,在GIST的诊断、鉴别诊断工作中是一种很有价值的抗体。 Objective To investigate the expression and to evaluate its clinical significance of DOG1(Discovered On Gist 1) in CD117 or CD34 negative of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST). Methods The expression of DOG1,CD117,CD34,SMA and S-100 was detected by immunohistochemical SP method of in GIST of 72 cases,and extra-gastrointestinal stromal tumors (EGIST)of 9 cases. Results The positive rates of CD117 in GIST and EGIST were 88. 9% and 77. 8% . The positive rates of CD34 in GIST and EGIST were 72. 2% and 44. 4% . While the expression of DOG1 in GIST and EGIST were 93. 0% and 100% . In the negative cases of CD117,the positive rate of DOG1 was 37. 5% . Expression of DOG1 and CD117 positive rate in the comparison of the different level of risk group had no significant difference. Conclusion DOG1 is a sensitive and specific marker in CD117 or CD34 negative case of GIST. It is very valuable in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of GIST.
