水果致接触变应性口炎96例临床分析

摘要 目的探讨水果致接触变应性口炎的临床特点。方法选择2007年4月至2014年10月水果致接触变应性口炎患者96例,对其进食水果史、临床表现、治疗效果等进行回顾性分析。结果致病水果依次为芒果46例(47.9%)、菠萝28例(29.2%)、猕猴桃12例(12.5%)和苹果10例(10.4%)。多发于儿童(82.3%)及女性(87.5%)。主要表现为前额、口周、面颊出现水肿性红斑、丘疹、小水疱,伴有不同程度的瘙痒和烧灼感。结论儿童是水果致接触变应性口炎的易感人群,预防水果致接触变应性口炎的措施主要是避免进食相关水果。因此,确定致病水果是关键。 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of allergic contact stomatitis coused by fruit. Methods From April 2007 to October 2014,ninety six patients with allergic contact stomatitis coused by fruit were selected. The history of eating fruit,clinical manifestation and treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results Pathogenic fruit followed by mango in 46 cases(47. 9% ),28 cases(29. 2% )of pineapple,12 cases of kiwi fruit(12. 5% )and 10 patients of apple (10. 4% ). Multiple children(82. 3% )and female(87. 5% ). The main clinical manifestations were the forehead,around the mouth,cheeks appeared edematous erythema,papules,blisters,with varying degrees of itching and burning sensation. Conclusion The susceptible age of allergic contact stomatitis of caused by fruit are children,the prevention measures of allergic contact stomatitis caused by fruit are mainly avoiding eating fruit. Therefore,to determine the pathogenic fruit is the key.
