基于情商培养的教学改革在《护理学基础》课堂中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探讨课堂教学中培养护生情商对提高护生学习效果和情绪智力的影响。[方法]将69名2013级护理本科生分为试验组31人和对照组38人,试验组采用传统课堂教学和情商培养,授课时导入临床病例,让学生扮演模拟护士和模拟患者;在演练后,评价模拟护士的情商表现,指出不妥当的情感表达。对照组采用传统课堂教学。授课结束比较两组考试成绩,并对试验组学生进行小组访谈。[结果]试验组《护理学基础》成绩高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。访谈结果说明学生对情商培养教学反映较好。[结论]基于情商培养的教学改革,不仅有利于提高学生的《护理学基础》学习效果,也能促进她们的情绪智力的发展,使其能更好地适应临床护理工作。 [Purpose] Explore the effects of teaching reform of EQ training in Nursing classes on learning efficiency and emotional intelligence. [Methods]Classify 69 students from 2013's Nursing class into an experimental group of 31 students and a control group of 38 students. For the experimental group,employ traditional teaching and EQ training by importing clinical cases and letting students play simulated nurses and patients; After the practice,evaluate their EQ performance and point out inappropriate emotional expressions. For the control group, only employ traditional teaching. Compare the exam results of the two groups, and take focus group interview with the experimental group.[Results] The exam result of the experimental group was higher than the control group, and the variance was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The result of interview reveals that EQ training has positive effect among students. [Conclusion] Performing teaching reform of EQ training can promote the learning effects of nursing classes, improve their emotional intelligence,and help them adapt to the clinical nursing work better.
