激光微创综合治疗下肢静脉曲张术后复发的临床观察 被引量:3

Effect of Comprehensive Mini-Invasive Laser Treatment on Patients with Recurring Varicosity after Saphenous Varicose Operation

摘要 目的探讨下肢单纯大隐静脉曲张术后复发的激光微创治疗方法,总结激光微创治疗复发性下肢静脉曲张的体会。方法回顾性分析2004年1月至2013年6月,采用激光微创联合硬化剂治疗单纯大隐静脉曲张术后复发患者32例的临床资料,治疗功率10~13 W,曝光时间1 s,间隔时间1 s,工作时光纤行走速度3 mm/s。对细小静脉网或细小静脉团块以及溃疡周围细小交通支,在网状结构中心和细小血管外注射1~2 ml消痔灵。结果 32例均获得临床治愈,所有病例均获得2年以上随访,其中18例获得5年以上随访,均无复发现象。结论激光光凝联合硬化剂局部注射,是一种较好的处理下肢静脉曲张术后复发的微创治疗方法。 Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive mini- invasive laser treatment on patients with recurring varicosity after varicose operation of saphenous vein.Methods The data of 32 patents with recurring varicosity after saphenous varicose operation were collected retrospectively from January2004 to June 2013. All these patients were given comprehensive mini-invasive laser treatment in combination with sclerosing agent rejection. The laser 10-13 W,exposing is 1 s and the interval time is 1 s,the proceed speed of optical fiber is 3 mm / s. The 1-2 ml Xiaozhiling was injected in small veinous network or in the small veinous mass,and was injected in the communicated branch periphery ulcer.Results All the patients were cured. No recurrence of varicosity was found during the over-2-year follow-up on all of them or the over-5-year follow-up on 18 people of them.Conclusions The comprehensive mini- invasive therapy with endovascular laser treatment can be used to treat varicose recurrence after saphenous varicosity operation.
