心理护理对光动力疗法辅助治疗脑胶质瘤患者的影响

Impact of Psychological Nursing on Patients Given Gliomas Surgery Plus Photodynamic Therapy

目的探究对光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)辅助治疗脑胶质瘤患者实施全程心理护理的作用。方法 PDT辅助治疗脑胶质瘤患者80例,随机分为对照组和试验组。试验组患者进行围手术期全程心理护理;对照组患者仅进行常规光动力治疗护理。分时间段测量两组患者的焦虑程度、心率、血压并进行对比评价。结果两组患者治疗后与治疗前1 h比较,对照组患者的心率、血压水平上升;试验组患者则相反,呈现下降趋势。两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论 PDT辅助治疗期间心理护理有利于患者消除焦虑的情绪,减少PDT应激所致的一系列生理变化如心率加快和血压的变化等。

Objective To explore the impact of psychological nursing on patients having received photodynamic therapy for gliomas.Methods Totally 80 cases of PDT glioma patients were randomly divided into the control group and experiment group. While the patients in the control group receiving only the routine nursing of photodynamic therapy,those in the experiment group were given psychological nursing for the preoperative period. The degree of anxiety,blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were measured and compared at different times.Results Compared with those measured 1h before the photodynamic therapy,the heart rate and blood pressure of the patients in the control group rose after the therapy. On the contrary,patients in the experimental group showed a downward trend,and the differences between two groups were statistically significant（ P 0. 01）.Conclusions Psychological nursing during preoperative period for patients with brain gliomas will benefit photodynamic treatment as it may eliminate anxiety of patients and reduce the PDT stress caused by a series of physiological alterations such as heart rate and blood pressure changes.
