CO_2点阵激光联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗凹陷性瘢痕的疗效分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察CO_2(carbon dioxide,CO_2)点阵激光联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶(recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor,rb-b FGF)凝胶治疗凹陷性瘢痕临床疗效。方法凹陷性瘢痕患者76例,分为观察组和对照组,每组患者38例。观察组采用CO_2点阵激光联合rb-b FGF凝胶治疗;对照组采用单纯CO_2点阵激光治疗。治疗后3个月随访,分别观察两组患者的愈合时间、不良反应发生率和患者满意率。结果 76例患者瘢痕均有不同程度改善,有效率100%,均取得满意疗效。观察组创面愈合时间平均为7.5 d,对照组平均10.6 d,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论应用CO_2点阵激光联合rb-b FGF凝胶治疗凹陷性瘢痕疗效显著,不良反应少,值得应用和推广。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy to treat sunken scars with ultra - pulsed carbon dioxide (CO2) fractional laser in combina- tion with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel.Methods After CO2 fractional laser treatment, 76 patients with sunken scars were randomly divided into two groups, each having 38 cases. The observation group was applied recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel, and the control group nothing after the laser treatment. The wound healing time, adverse reactions and satisfactory rate of the patients were observed and recorded after the op-eration.Results As to the wounds, the average healing time of the observation group was 7. 5 days, and that of the control group 10. 7 days, showing a difference that was significant different (P 〈 0. 05). For all the patients, the scars were totally improved with an efficiency of 100% when the follow-up was made 3 months after the treatment.Conclusions The combined application of ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel is safe and effective to treat sunken scars with few complications. It should be widely used and promoted.
