EV71感染重症患儿临床诊断和预警指标的研究
摘要
手足口病是全球性传染病，世界大部分地区均有此病流行的报道。EV71是1969年首次从美国加利福尼亚州患有中枢神经系统疾病的婴儿粪便标本中分离出来，自1974年首次报道以来，EV71已在世界范围内引起10余次暴发与流行。近年来，EV71频繁在亚洲流行，造成较高的病死率和致残率，严重危害儿童身体健康和生命安全，被誉为21世纪的“脊髓灰质炎”。
