利普液基细胞学涂片在甲状腺恶性肿瘤细针穿刺诊断中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 甲状腺恶性肿瘤并不少见,占全身恶性肿瘤的0.2%-1%,多发生在青壮年,平均年龄〈40岁。细针穿刺抽吸细胞学检查简单易行,创伤小,早期诊断甲状腺肿瘤正确率高,但传统涂片方法存在不少缺陷。利普液基细胞学涂片技术改进了标本的处理,在妇科、乳腺等疾病的细胞学诊断中有很高的准确率,但其在诊断甲状腺恶性肿瘤中的应用价值仍有争议。
