摘要 首次将前人研究配位键键能时提出的络合物稳定常数表达式与PET的特性粘度或相对分子质量关联,用于研究金属催化剂催化PET缩聚反应速度的规律,并通过试验进行验证;并对不同金属催化剂制得的PET热性能进行了测试. In this paper the intrinsic viscosity and the relative molecular weight of PET is first correlated with the stability constantof complexes generated during the polycondensation reaction in order to study the influence of the metals(Mg,Al,Ca,Ti,Fe,Zn,Sb and Pb) contained in the polycondensation catalysts on the polycondensation reaction rate and the thermal properties of PET.Correlations of the intrinsic viscosity as well as the relative molecular weight of PET products with the stability constant of complexes show mountain shape curves with Ti giving the highest value of intrinsic viscosity and relative molecular weight.The metals in the polycondensation catalysts also show influence on the thermal properties of the PET products with Ti giving the poorest and Fe giving the highest thermal stability of PET.
